Share USB HD through access point?

Hi everyone, I'm trying to find out if it would be possible to share my FreeAgent GoFlex 1.5TB external hard drive with the following setup. Currently I have my modem connected to a wired router, which is connected to my upstairs PC, and I have a wired connection from my wired router to my wireless router downstairs, which has a wired connection to my downstairs PC. I'll try to draw it out below:

Modem ----> Wired -----> PC 1 / Wireless -----> PC 2 / Wireless devices


It works fine as is, but I want to change my wireless router for a different router that has USB sharing integrated so I can use it as a NAS type device. I'm looking at the following router:

My question is, would I be able to access the drive on my upstairs PC considering the drive would not be accessible directly through the wireless router, but would have to go through the wired as well? Maintaining this configuration is important so that I can still communicate with my wireless devices in the vicinity of the wireless router.
