Slocket Compatibility w/ ASUS P3B-F

Hello, I had a few questions about slocket compatibility with my motherboard.
These are my specs:
Pentium III 500 Mhz Katmai
512 MB RAM
Windows XP SP3
Western Digital WD1600AAJB HD (149 GB)
Motherboard:
ASUS P3B-F rev. 1.01

I want to put a 1.4 Ghz Tualatin in and take the Pentium III CPU out. I've looked at the Slot-T, but my motherboard hardware revision is 1.01 ,which is too low according to this list:

I'm thinking of getting this:

because it was recommended here:

I also want to get it because according to theonejrs, the Super Slocket III has voltage controls for later Tualatins. Does that mean that my ASUS P3B-F 1.01 (which only goes down to 1.8 volts) can go down to 1.3 volts (which is what the Tualatin needs) with the Super Slocket III?

Will that slocket work with the CPU I want to get? According to this:

The 1.4 Ghz Tualatin is in an FCPGA2 package , but I don't know if the slocket I am planning on getting has direct compatibility with that type of CPU. (only PPGA ,and FCPGA are mentioned on the page selling the Super Slocket III)

One last question, should I also buy the fan and heat sink that goes with the processor, or should I keep the stock fan and heat sink that I already have?
