Got new pc motherboard GA-Ma77ot-ud3 with 955 black edition cpu, installed windows 7 and my wireless adapter(http://www.sitecom.com/wireless-usb-adapter-54g/p/709) is going slower then normall. The pc it self is fine working very fast and usb harddrives etc are fine its just the web.

The adapter has been test'd in my old machine and is working just fine, when doing a speed test it reports a high 17-19mb, but in my new machine its going bewteen 0-9mb(mostly 4 or none).

I tried my brothers wireless adapter as well in my new machine and even that is doing the same slow speed , on his machine and my old machine it works perfect aswell with atleast 19mb.

I then installed linux just to make sure its not a virus, its even going slow on linux aswell.

All my drivers are up to date, and so is the bios why on earth could it be going slow speed its confusing me ? please help
