srry i got off topic. anywho i'd check to make sure the fans cleared, then worry about shorts.

Yea I checked the fan, I tried spinning it with the pen and it doesn't make that sound.
Besides, just now, I plugged the PC into the wall socket, and it worked fine for 5 minutes, and then the clicking started again :/ , and it's like that every time I turn it on....
is the noise comming from the psu or something else in the computer? check this link to test the psu without it connected to the pc to see if still makes noise which i doubt it will. http://www.techwarelabs.com/guides/misc_mod/psumod/

Well i did take the PSU out and recorded that video, so I am pretty sure it is the PSU.
From the sound of the video it does seem like it's coming from the PSU. If I were you, I'd try running the PSU in another system and see if the same noise comes from it.
While I'd blame the PSU, the fact that a noise I've not heard a PSU make before is coming from two different units that aren't even identical electrically suggests it could be something to do with the system you're running.
-_- idk when I will get to that. Oh, I started uni today... and I just realized why ppl have so much trouble in it
But I checked last time, the PC lasted around 30 mins before making that noise. It's kinda weird, although I spun the fan with a pen, is it possible that when the PSUs fan is running its fan may be pulling a component into it and therefore makes contact with it?
I doubt it, it does sound like a fan noise, but the circumstances don't really match up, it's more likely something else. It is definitely the PSU? It sounds like it is, but youtube videos don't always tell the whole story :P
