Strange Clicking Noise?

A few months ago something in my computer was making a constant clicking noise but it eventually went away after a week or so.

Now in the past few days it's been making the noise again.

I've opened up the computer and stopped the fans to see if it was those, I've unplugged the HDD and that wasn't it.

Is it possible it's the Video Card? It sounds like it might be coming from it.

It's an nVidia GeForce 7500 LE.

I suppose it's time to get a new one anyway, this might make me more inclined to though.
