i have a toshiba a205-s5000 and i tried to turn it on and just goes to the splash screen and cannot do nothing else. I have tried a back-up disc i made and have also tried the recovery cd but still nothing. I was wondering if you could give me some suggestions as to what i can do to fix my problem.

i took the hard drive out and tried it in another computer and it works, and i tried using a different hard drive in the a205 and just freezes on the splash screen. do you think it may be the motherboard or i've also heard the possibility of a network card or even the wireless card causing this.
