I've been trying to get the textures (not the 3D models really) from a Gamecube game for a while now and I cannot open the .ARC files in it. I already know that the .ARC files used in the GC game are probably not your average .ARC files but I've spent a lot of time on this and I'm hoping to finish what I started. . .

Does someone know how to open these .ARC files? I don't need to recompress them.
