I don't know if this is possible but if anybody out there has any info about an English Translation patch or some way to translate Japanese to English for the PS2 game .hack//fragments please let me know as soon as possible. Thanks.

Why would you want it? The only valuable part is the online mode and even if you wanted to there's no possibility for using it.

The servers were taken down about a year after the game came out in Japan and it provides no relative info to the entire storyline. Albeit, there is an offline mode but that's only to train your characters for the online mode.
