Burning a CD game to a DVD

I have a PS2 game burned to a CD. It works, but load times are a whole lot longer than they should be, since the CD doesn't seem to spin right away. So, I want to try burning the game to a DVD to see if it loads the game more easily. (Also, I want to use Lightscribe, and don't have Lightscribe CDs, only DVDs.) Will DVD Decrypter or something else allow me to burn a PS2 bin/cue CD game to a DVD-R?

No, to convert CD > DVD, you need to follow a process.

The second method was posted to use with ESR, but works nonetheless.
