I'm using Swap Magic... 3.6 I think.
with ps2 70001 model
I have bruned many games, but every game above 4GB(around 399000or so kb) doesn't work. The ps2 gives me weird clicking sounds from the laser/DVD and the laser goes up and down and stops at the top or the bottm.
Any other games below 4gb worked perfectly fine, whether they're burned at 4X speed or 8X speed. No slow lagging. Also, one of the not working games had 4.2GB and when I used ISO BUSTER to rebuild it to 1GB~2GB, it worked fine, without giving me any clicking sounds.
I really want to know if the games below 4GB works or games above 4GB works.
If there is a solution to these weird clicking sounds, please tell me.
Oh, only one game around 4GB worked, which was Eternal Poison with 3.85GB. I don't know why this one works and another game with 3.9GB doesn't work. Devil May Cry 1 worked too, but stopped after the NAMCO logo.
I think it is related to your media or your burn speed or both. I find that lower quality discs tend to have problems towards the edge of the disc. Higher speed burns increase this.
