Problem burning without ISO file

I'm a little new to burning with games in mind so bear with me. There's probably a simple solution to this but I can't seem to figure it out.

I made a backup of a game and lost the disc, so I'm trying to reburn it. Its not in ISO format but I have all the contents of the disc. I also have another folder with everything but its in an .mdf and .mds file. Help?

use dvd decrypter and load up the .mds file (leave the .mdf in the folder as well do not delete it as that's the image of the game the .mds file tells dvd decrypter to burn).
