Spainish Modchip Shops?

I found an article on this site saying that Spain had a legal loophole enabling Spanish modchip shops to operate openly. Great news for me as i just moved to Gibraltar [south spain].

I have a PStwo scph-750003 which i would like to get chipped to play backups...you never know when you might scratch those precious games eh? The problem is i know absolutely nothing about soldering disc swapping etc. I don't mind paying i just want to be able to play back ups with as little hassle possible and preferably as little damage to my console as possible.

Does anyone know any shops within a half hours drive of gibraltar or any gizmos i can order and use myself to unlock the ps2?

Any and all advice would be excellent as i don't wan't to waste money buying chips or gizmos that are inconpatible or glitchy?

well, there is a shop i know in barcelona, but its a bit far away from Gibraltar, but if you move there, post again and ill tell you more.
