I got my swap magic working fine and it's been working great for months. Until recently however, my games are starting to run noticeably slower and during cut scenes or movies in the games, there are skips and complete freezes. Also, now some of my games won't even start up. I thought that the issue could be my ps2 lens wearing down but it turns out that normal (non burnt games) are running 100% smooth. Could it be a problem with the swap magic disk? I know for a fact that it's not my game disks that are the problem because they all used to work perfect are aren't at all scratched. I'm extremely confused here on what the problem could be. My only guess is that my swap magic disk is a little dirty and scratched but I wouldn't think that would be an issue considering it still starts up and takes me to the menu to start my game. Any suggestions on what could be the problem would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
