What do i do with the MDK file?

So ive been downloading a few games and some of them come with a MDK file along with the ISO. Is there anything i need to do with it? Or do i just burn the ISO and leave the MDK alone?

Edit:(I own these games. Some of them are just scratched beyond repair.)

Edit 2: Ok so, I downloaded and burned Tales of Abyss(No MDK file included) and it works great no lag ect.

Downloaded and burned Dark cloud 2(Has MDK) Either starts and freezes or doesnt work.

Used Verbatim DVD-R DVD's at 2x write speed for both with alchohol 120
