Few days ago I finally turned on my ps2 after many years and after played my all games I had I dled some new and as I never burned ps2 games myself I dont know which files to use.

I dled .nrg file, now how should I burn it, extract it or make an image of some kind or what

Just burn it using imgburn at 4x or higher speed.
