can anyone convert these codes from codebreaker to swap magic coder 3.8?

0AF23A96 00000063 and 1A7F333E 00001000

I tried using maxconvert, omniconvert and CB2crypt, but none of them even open on my computer. but i only need these 2 codes.

P.S I am using a backup game so i can't just use codebreaker...i dont think...
