Is there anyway to convert NTSC-J PS2 games to NTSC-UC?

which games are you trying to convert? there is a way but it doesn't work for every game. with a modchip installed you should be able to play any game from any region. I think that ntscj should work fine on a ntsc region console using esr although there could be color/picture issues depending what your using to view the games with such as a regular tv with rca cables or a monitor/lcd tv with component/rgb.
