Problem with downloaded (not pirated) PS1 game.

Hi guys,
I recently got Free McBoot working on my memory card, and have for the past 2 weeks now been trying to work everything out.

I downloaded a copy of Space Invaiders as my copy was scrateched and couldnt get past the 3rd level (hence why i don't class this as a pirated copy)... And, after realising I didn't need to patch PS1 games I decided to simply burn and play - not as easy as I expected...

I've read so many guides on this my brain has melted so can some please give me a SIMPLE step-by-step guide...

This is what i did this time:
1. Downloaded the game from an emu site - it is NTSC but I belive that will still work on Free McBoot?
2. Burned the game using Alcohol 120% - using the lowest speed (10x) to a blank CD-R
3. Put the disc in my PS2
4. Booted up using Free McBoot
- Now this is where I'm at a loss on what to really do... It has ULaunchElf on it, as well as HDDLoader, ESR, and a host of other items installed...

If anyone could help it really would be muchly appritiated, this is really starting to hurt my brain after working out how to instal FMB

I've noticed on a few out-dated sites (over a year old) that ULaunchElf dosn't support PSX games... Is there ANYWAY I can play them using FMCB?

I'm using a fat PS2 not slim

If you go into the config in uLe and change disc control to 'on', and start uLe with an original PSX disc in your PS2 it should stop the disc and tell you what format of disc you have inserted. Swap out your original for your backup and go into file browser\cd (iirc) and click on hte discs ID file, you should be able to play your backup.

If I'm wrong maybe soomeone can correct me
