i got my 360 flashed by a friend who is a expert in these kind of dealios. i however know nothing on the subject. all i wanted to know is

1. what region i need to download for pal or ntsc(im from the uk)?
2. if i just burn the game to a dual layer disc will it work?, what programs i need?

just to let you know all i want is my previous games back(cod4,cod5)since i traded them in for odst yesterday.
