I have 3 problems.

1) I can't FTP. It seems to recognize the xbox, but it says something to the effect of "No connection can be made because the target machine actively refused." What is wrong? On the settings I have Enable FTP on yes and everything else seems in check. I'm using a crossover cable with a static connection.

2) Hitman Contracts cheats menu. I have it activated so I need to press Start+Back+L+R, but when I press that anywhere it just reloads to the dashboard. I have UnleashX. How do I take off that shortcut?

3) I lost my password for one of the menus. How do I change it?
