Softmodding stuck at the last step

Ok. I followed this

And I'm on the last step which is:

Press and hold the power button. When it boots up, UnleashX will appear with a "Softmod Successful" message. It says that it needs 1 more step to finish the install. PRESS A.
But when I press A, Xbox reboot and it is back to xbox live network setting screen. I press A and the xbox reboot and goes to setting Date and time screen, then back to microsoft official dashboard. No unleashX. How can activate the UnleashX dashboard? Do I need to press any key?

This is my first time to mod original xbox so pleas guide me.
