4G android, or 3G Windows 7 mobile?

I'm currently a US Cellular customer, and I love the service even though we are a little behind the game when it comes to the latest and greatest phones. Overall no complaints. We are getting the Samsung Aviator in the next couple weeks...our first 4G phone. Pretty exciting stuff since I'm already using the original Samsung Galaxy s (Mesmerize). However, we do have the HTC 7 Pro, a Windows 7 phone that I really like. Just how it runs and how smooth everything is on the phone. My question: Is 4G internet really worth it? I know that it is fast, real fast. But is how smooth the Windows 7 phone runs a worthy trade off for internet speeds? With my android now I haven't downloaded apps in quite some time, and I really don't have an issue waiting for some pages to load. I'm a little torn over this decision because this is the device I'm going to have for the next 2 years at least.

would like to hear your guys' input...any bit helps!
