Hi.
I have a Cect A88 mobile phone that my children have locked 'Call Barring'. The manual says that I can restore the phone to factory settings and the Call Barring will also restore to factory default, which is off, but it does not. Call Barring is activated by a 4 digit code and I don't know what the kids used as a code so I cant use the phone at all. A friend of mine previously tried to access files using NTSC but could not. He then formatted the phone only to find out that it uses FAT32. I could still use the phone but most of the menus were gone. Now 'Call Barring' is active, the phone is now useless. Is there a way of just flashing the phone and downloading a file with all of the original folders and factory settings?
