help me fo find a mobile information software like CellTrack!

hi all
when i had an Nokia 6600 i used to install a information software named CellTrack which appears the signal information and other facilities.
now i am not using such a old cell but need to find a software like CellTrack to get the BTS signal information. my pc is connected to a GSM simcart dongle which enable me to use my pc as a full mobile.
