Help unlocking my Nokia 5300 and 6133 cell phone

I have two Nokia cell phones, a 5300 and a 6133 that are assigned to T Mobile who I no longer have an account with. I now use AT & T. I have to send in my AT & T phone for repair and want to use one of the the Nokia's while the other phone is being repaired. I could use help in unlocking both OR either of the two. I don't know the process of changing the codes, so I need detailed instructions.
