Palm M130 won't turn on

I got this from my Dad and it had been sitting for 2 years unused. When I was charging it it turned on for a second until I accidentally unplugged it from the charging cradle trying to get the stylus out. It did get warm (like the cradle was charging) but it still won't turn on. I tried the soft reset, the hard reset, the soft reset and hard reset while in the cradle and left it for several hours afterwards. Nothing has worked. I do hope you have some advice for me, you all have always been very helpful here in afterdawn land!!! Thanks for you help!!!
