Problem with LG KF510

Hi, I've been using my KF510 for quite a while now and it has been working perfectly. It ran out of battery one day so I decided to charge it and as it was charging I turned it on. It didn't go past the loading screen and was frozen displaying the phone model. I thought it was because of the low battery so I let it charge until it was full. Now every time I go to turn it on it is stuck on the same loading screen and I cannot get into my phone. I have tried taking out the battery and placing it back in but it stays on the same screen when I try to open it again. I have searched the LG website but it does not seem to provide much answers. If anyone has an idea or solution to my problem it will be greatly appreciated.
