Would appreciate if someone has any advice on how I can resolve this problem. I have apparently put too many codes into this phone and it is now reading "code restriction cannot be undone. I didn't realize this until it was too late. I understand that I may need to unlock the phone by using a data cable and special software. So if anyone can give me some suggestions on where to look for these things, perhaps I could resolve this myself then. The phone information is as follows:

IMEI: 010892002472379
Network: T-Mobile
Country: USA
