Hello,

Recently i came back from US to India and carried Nokia 5300 Express Music handset to India.

In US, i was using this handset along with Tmobile subscription. I completed the contract period of 12 months with Tmobile, but before came back to India, i forgot to get the unlock code from Tmobile. When i contacted Tmobile for the same, they expressed inability to provide since, now its more than 60 days from termination of contract with Tmobile and Customer executive is unable to find my account details on their website except my name and other payment history.

At the same, i also lost my internet accout password, but before termination of the contract, i got my account password which was activated for only three days.

IMEI code for handset is - 356433014235280

Tmobile has given me an option to contact Nokia customer center, but Customer center is asking me to contact the dealer from where i bought this handset.

Whereas, i bought this entire subscription along with handset through online booking. And this handset is a part of annual contract with Tmobile.

Please help me to get the unlock code or atleast option to do use this handset.
