How can I tell what privileges come with being a Jr member, member, senior member, etc? I can't find anywhere on the site that it lists this info. Thank you.

Well there are any privileges per say just a change in status.
I think the report an offensive link appears when you hit member but that's about it.
Oh once you 'graduate' from newbie you no longer have to wait the 3 minutes (I think it is) between posts.

But every now and then (even the mods) get hit by the 30 second rule (when there is a glitch)

Nah, if that was the case, 7th wouldn't have made it. Lol.
Just keep posting informatively. The member status doesn't update automatically. I think it's every six weeks or so.
