I'm a regular on xbox 360 general discussion and it is so annoying to have the forum flooded by newbies asking the same questions hundreds of times. I'm not sure how hard it would be to implement this but there should be a few examples of similar threads just before you post a new one (e.g if the title is 'Cats' there should be links to similar threads titled 'cats' before you submit the post). Kind of like digg.com.

Also, there should be a view counter next to number of replies.
