I've just bought a Sony Ericson W995 and I'm wondering which containers the phone supports do that I may transfer my AVI movies from my computer to my phone and watch them in good quality

I've looked around on the offical site of Sony but I haven't found anything

I know I have to convert the files from AVI to the supported containers, but which progam is best at this?
