How to install applications and update content folders on Samsung SGH E200

Hi guys,

can anyone tell me how to install nimbuzz on my samsung SGH E200 phone(i downloaded it from a website over the internet , i have the executable jar file on my computer). ???
another thing -- while i create a new sms , iam able to insert animated picture message from the preset animation folder, can anyone tell me how i can upload or put other animated pictures from my computer into the folder named as : 'my animation' or 'preset animation' located on the phone... so i can select them to insert in my sms ???
iam using the software that came with the phone [Samsung PC studio 3] to view , edit , update phone contents but in the 'phone explorer' option iam not able to see 'preset picture' or 'preset animation' folders... would be very glad if someone could help me solve these problems.!!!???
