Here in the Uk its illegal to change it, but not sure about other countrys thou. tbh what I do is sell it on ebay to an other person in an other country has will work outside your country has i done this a few times, not sure if it can be done on these phones but I know it can be done on Nokia's

if its unlocked have u try other sim card ? might just work

yae i know its illigal but so is this stuff im smoking lol its no big deal i just thought it would be easyer to change the imei i had got 2 barred fones for free and just wanted them fixed i was gonna go to the shop and get it done but would rather learn myself
