binatone Z430 Bluetooth problem. Help Please

Helo,

I just got a binatone Z430 Bluetooth and it is not working properly. I can access the menu but i cant go into the navigation part, when I press the navigation button nothing happens, it is stoping me from using it. They were no memory card in the box, is a memory card needed to make it work or if you have any idea of what I should do please help me.

Help would be really appreciated as I need it for work purposes.
