Hi can anyone help me with this. I asked Movistar Spain for the NCK cos I was changing networks and they have disabled my phone completely. It won't even switch on. I have tried with a different, (old), SIM and nothing, It just WON'T switch on. They have done the same thing to the SIM too. When I put it into a different phone THAT phone won't switch on either.
