I am looking at getting a few I9s. My wife's side of the family is from Israel and speaks Hebrew. The only i9 I have found that has Hebrew in its language options is in china and I want to get them before the Xmas rush. Is there any apps available for this phone that lets you add Hebrew to the language options and possibly for the keyboard function.

Would really appreciate the help.
