Hi all, absolutely nothing on the net.....the very first PSP3003 that wont take 635PROA1?
I've installed quite a few, and thanks to the amazingly clever developers all my installs and been hitch free.
This particular install, after entering the 635PROA1 icon from xmb, rather than just waiting as usual for the prompt to press x twice, i do get the prompt, however just before on the black screen it comes up displayed '' Kernel memory will be dumped into ms0: / KMEM.BIN and ms0: / SEED.BIN.''
this disappears and then the usual prompt comes up to press x twice, first x press is succesfull, flashes and apparently does its usual job, upon pressing x the second time....nothing??? just hangs?
Strangely i read on the net that this message is related to a 6.37 cfw in a positive way???
Tried all the usual, formatting, different pro duos, original, fake, everything i can think off, ac, battery, ac and battery, the works?????????
Any help much appreciated.

UPDATE........
HARDWARE ISSUE...UNBELIEVABLY. I install mb into another 3000, this time a 3003, (mb was originally from 3003), without changing any hardware, and bingo! 635PROA1 loads perfectly normally! Back into 3001..and same problems again. If i get time i'll post what part of the psp' hardware was causing the issue, more than likely mmc slot, certainly interesting, now onto the good old process of elimination.

YES, as suspected, mmc slot changed and hocus pocus everythings perfect, perhaps just one prong not making proper contact??? I was under the impression that all prongs had to be in contact with mmc for the card even to just function, i.e. being accepted by the psp in the first place, HOLD ON, i didn't check d-pad seperatley...I'll leave that to you ;-)
In the interests of research i'll start a new thread with the "Error" as a title with a link to this thread, as i previously stated i googled my f#$%#ucking tits off and nothing exists so lets hope this finding make someones life a bit easier.
Peace and Happy homebrewing. (AND YES YOU GUESSED, I DON'T POST MUCH LOL)
AND YES AGAIN..I JUST FOUND OUT YOU CAN EDIT A THREAD TITLE LMFAO.

Hi, thanks for the advice, will bear in mind in the off chance i ever experience this again, but as i posted, strangely it was a hardware issue that we got around, psp has been hacked and packed back to happy client. A well known dev and mate of mine is looking in to it, this ones beyond my expertize.
