Alright so I left PSP gaming when the PSP slim as released.

Now I'm coming back, I have a fat PSP(Original model PSP-1001) and a pandora battery that I hardmodded myself.

What's the latest and best custom firmware to install on my PSP?(I can downgrade back to the original firmware if I need to)

Also, can I use my hardmodded battery as regular battery if I want to?

And no, you can't use your hardmodded battery as a regular one (that's why I always recommend either to just softmod the battery or buy a Pandora one off www.dealextreme.com or some other source).
