One day, when i was playing a game, i decided to stop playing that game and put it on sleep and then into my pocket. a couple hours later? i took it out of my pocket and it said "Flashing - ##%" (## is some number i dont remember), so like a dumb___ i freaked out and took out the battery; and it got hard-bricked.

its a PSP phat, the battery i normally use and the Memory Stick i usually use is a hard-modded regular battery and a MMS. so the thing you're thinking is "oh, you can just take out the battery, and put it on while holding the left trigger" or something like that, i know i tried all the combinations of turning it on while holding certain buttons and putting the battery in while holding certain buttons, etc. but it didnt work, so i assumed that maybe the flashing thing it was doing effed it up and made the memory stick corrupted, so i made a backup on my computer and formatted my memory stick, but now i have a problem:

i have to make a MMS with a bricked PSP: is there some tutorial or something i can follow?

thanks in advance.

Just google for magic memory stick maker, some prefer Rain's magic memory stick maker, but there are others too. You can create a mms by using a card reader.

Xbox 360: Slim untouched with a faked 320 GB harddrive for XBL, phat with LT 3.0, played Halo early, so going on live would be an instand ban, also with a faked 320 GB harddrive
PS3: Untouched 160 GB Slim, 60 GB Fat with latest Rogero and 160 GB internal harddrive.
PSVita: hardly ever play it
GameCube: Black with a Viper chip installed. With gameboy player. Trying to get a Wavebird controller.

First of all what type of psp do you have? since MMS only works with a hackable psp such as psp 1000,1001,2000,2001 and MMS can only work/function if you have a Pandora battery. if you don't have an idea about pandora, it is the term used for a service mode battery together with the MMS it can revive a bricked psp. you can create a pandora using a psp phat. there is also another choice get it repaired with the help of a technician or if you have a friend with a phat psp beg for them and convert your battery into service mode using PSPTOOL homebrew (it helped me a lot)google it,I prefer 0.9version.By the way you can also make a MMS using that homebrew too.tips in creating an MMS: just download 5.00 ofw and put it on the memorystick root e.g. ms0:/500.PBP. hopefully this will help you.

This should answer the first question. The stuff about the PSP 1000, PSP 1001, PSP 2000, PSP 2001 is bullshit, why should a Pandora battery only work on Japanese and US PSPs?
You don't need a PSP phat to create a Pandora, you can also hardmod or use an early PSP Slim. And if you have a PSP with CFW on it you don't need extra tools to create the Pandora, just use the recovey menue. For the MMS just google for Rain's magic memory stick maker, way more comfortable for creating a MMS, and you don't need a PSP for it (and you don't need the OFW).
