ok so i put the cheats in the text reader but i cannot get them to be actually work in the game. Can someone please help me?

I havent installed cwcheat in a while but hope this helps. Im not sure what step you are at currently. But have you placed the seplugins on to the root of your MS? And have you turned on the plugins in recovery mode (holding R trigger while turning on the psp). I mostly use a database editor to change an existing cwcheat database to my liking and then load it to my psp. From there you would hold select to turn on the cheats while you are in-game. Hope that helps.
