Hi,

I have gone through all of the forum, a lot of people touch on my problem but I can not find a solution!

I have a psp 1003 running firmware 5.00 m33-6. I have just started to pay an interest in playing newer games, I first downloaded Gran Turismo in ISO installed, didnt work came up with 8001.... error, changed the "umd iso mode" to m33 driver and it worked!

Then fancied playing Fifa 10 downloaded in CSO installed but came up with same 8001... error? Tried switching umd iso back to normal and also tried sony np9660 but it still will not work?

I have downloaded a few different versions of game to check it is not a bad file but still doesnt work?

I even tried converting the CSO file to an ISO file (just in case!) but still no luck!

Running out of ideas, any advice greatly appreciated!!

I think u`r gran turismo game was already patched cause the newer games have a new copyright routine that checks if u´r on cfw or lower then 6.20 as example
try that if this won`t work i dunno where the problem is

I have same problem, i can play ps 1 games, but not any psp games cso or iso?! can you help me?! it gives me the 8001 "something" error to!
