I know the vita is not hack and that u can only play psp games on it with the eCFW but what are this vita games in pkg format that im seen online can they be run on the vita?

At the moment and for the near future they are totally useless. You can't run them on the PSVita, if you have not bought the originals from PSN.

PSVita: hardly ever play it
GameCube: Black with a Viper chip installed. With gameboy player. Trying to get a Wavebird controller.

the package format games are just packages that where ripped from the carts themselves they are worthless because you still need the cart in order to boot them
