I've had PSPVideo9 for soooo long, but have never really used my PSP. My nephew asked me to convert his DVD to store on his PSP. I tried to uninstall and reinstall to no avail. The error code I get is FFMpeg.exe not working or something like that. If I reinstall and try again i can write down the whole message if need be. I went to REDKAWA, but it says their HDD went out and will not be back.

Any help to resolve this would be great. Was just hoping somone else has had this concern. BTW-it was version 6.00 if I remember correctly.

I apologize if this should be in the DVD conversion section or somewhere else...
