Hi,

I've been away from gaming for a long time. Now i'm looking to update my psp to play the latest games. My psp is an old model (psp1004 fat). And my current firmware is 3.30 OE-A.

How would i go about this?

Can i follow this guide wich upgrades from 3.90 m33?

Or do i need to go about it differently?

Don't want to brick my psp and after searching around i'm still lost here, so any help would be much appreciated!

Nevermind guys. Followed the guide, now running 5.00 m33-6 with prometheus-3! :)

thers prometheus-4 for 5.0 m33-6 so you can update to that

or 5.5 gen d3 with prometheus-4 can also work

I'll look into it. But from what i can see there seems to be a lot of issues with prometheus 4? Maybe it's better to patch the latest games?

prometheus-4 has no problems and theres no need to patch games if you have prometheus-4
