What exactly is the 0022 rrod and how to fix it ? I was trying to RGH my jasper . im currently using the alternate cpu_pll_bypass point , is it necessary to solder the old cpu_pll_bypass point with the new alternative point even if im not going to use the rgh hack ?

Your best bet is to either buy a new one, or a used slim from ebay. Replacing the GPU would be more costly than getting a used 360. 360s are a dime a dozen on ebay nowadays....
