I'm still in the dark about this glitch. I've heard some people say it basically lets you jtag your xbox and some people say that "with time" it will let you do stuff like that but not yet. So which is it?
also if you can run backups with the glitch, is it safer to use on live than LT? Do you have to keep doing new things to your xbox every time the dash is updated?

once this console boots it is EXACTLY like a jtag. can run FSD, xexmenu, nxe2god, anything on a jtag can now be done on a glitched console. and NO it is not live safe.

On a scale of 1 - 10 (10 being the hardest), I'd say about 70000000000.42 and a half.

if you have some good soldering skills, and arent afraid to ruin a console, then its not to bad. if you cannot solder to tiny points that are just pads and nothing else, then DO NOT attempt this.
