does anyone know when you will be able to run the xgd3 games through abgx and not have it come up as not a recognized 360 game?

Nope, and unless they put out an ETA or release date, nobody will know.

Unless you rip the game yourself, you can't.

According to C4eva these are supposed to be 100% pure rips. I do think it would be nice for something to compare to, but we have no options at this point.

What do you mean by "these"? The only time c4eva mentioned it was when he was talking about a couple of games released by the scene group, RRoD.
XGD3 ISOs contain an SS.bin, DMI.bin etc. just like XGD2 ISOs, plus if they're not ripped properly they won't contain the AP2.5 data. You've got no reason to trust scene groups considering how many releases have been nuked and there's even less reason to trust n00bs from sites like xbox360iso, so the only way to be sure an ISO is good is to rip a game yourself until abgx360 is updated.

This is my thought too. Reason why ive never played any of them. ABGX was just that extra peice of mind.

Right, but what options is there right now? Zero, so either don't play Xgd3 games or burn them. It's your choice. Abgx helps but won't prevent you from getting banned.

What you're saying here is not the same as your earlier statement of "abgx360 is not currently needed on XGD3". Yes, it's true that you have no option if you're not ripping your own games, but that doesn't mean that abgx360 isn't needed to check ISOs. If it wasn't needed for XGD3 ISOs, it wouldn't be needed at all.
And of course it can save you from getting banned. The ISO has to have stealth files inside it and they must be the correct ones, and it has to have split-vid. Also, there's the AP2.5 data that must be present, and not just that, you need to know that the AP2.5 data is the correct version for your dashboard. When the dashboard is updated in November, if the DAE table is updated, then existing scene releases will be no good and you won't know if any new games you download have been ripped with the latest dae.bin file. If they weren't, then you'll flag your console just by trying to boot a game.
If you're burning ISOs that you didn't rip yourself, you are assuming that they have been ripped correctly and all of the required data is present and up to date, but the only way that you can know that is by using abgx360, so implying that it's not required or that it can't save you from a ban is simply incorrect.

Option, gamefly membership and the new 0800 firmware...or preferred rental place...BUT, we all want it NOW, who wants to wait when we get immediate satisfaction from our high speed data connections.
"All drives should be updated to Lite Touch + (LT+) firmware if playing on XBOX live. Samsung drives and pre-78/79 Hitachi drives do not utilize AP 2.5. All other drives are considered to be detectable by Microsoft (YMMV). Make sure all rips are ABGX verified, contain SSv2, and patched AP2.5 (where needed). XGD3 must currently be burned on new drive with PC Burner Max firmware for 100% rip. All modded consoles can be potentially unsafe for use on XBOX live."
