Adding ARCTIC F8 FAN TO XBOX

I need to add a fan to blow onto the heatsink inside an xbox 360 i have purchased an arctic f8 so how do i wire it up to work when the console is switched on. Do i join the wires to the wires coming from the twin built in fans etc??

Any help would be great.
