I Flashed my 360 on 12/26, but haven't really played any games but now I want to. I'm in the process of getting an ihas burner and want to make sure my 360 it up to date and will be ready to play the newly burnt games.

Below is the log, help me interpret and verify I am on 3.0+. I'd just like a 2nd opinion - reassurance
